Anyway, one of the things on which I worked was this pearl, amethyst and sterling silver bracelet for a friend's 10 year old niece.
I say worked on because I think I'm going to have to restring it--it's probably too small. The sources I found online said that 6 inches (and mine is just over that) was the correct size for a 10 year old girl, but ... I don't know. If you have any advice at all as to sizing, please do let me know. I could use it.
No matter what, I do like the way it came out. It's very sweet and simple. The girl's birthstone is pearl, which was the inspiration for this design.

I think your friends neice will really like this bracelet. It's just the right colors and everything. Thank you for sharing your insight on the fire agate also. It is such a beautiful rock and such wonderful looking beads.
